Well - for Thanksgiving this year we went to San Diego, California to have dinner with Rob and Whitney Sanford and their two little boys. Yes - you are right if you are thinking - Isn't Rob Alane's ex-husband and father to Steven and Stephanie? But it was fun for all of the kids to be together for what may be Matt's last Thanksgiing before his mission. And Stephanie said it was the first time she could remember spending Thanksgiving with both of her parents. That's a good thing. The dinner was delicious and Whitney is a wonderful hostess. Stephanie made a pumpkin, apple and banana cream pie. She has become quite the pie maker like her Grandma Fox.
Today - after Brad, Matt and I rode to San Marcos to buy a part for the trailer (our tounge jack broke) we all got to take a ride in a boat down at the Marina where Rob and Steven work. Everyone went except for Steven. He stayed behind to manage the store. Stephanie, Matt, Kayla, Brad, Whitney, Rob, Sam, Noah and I. It was a beautiful day and we had a nice ride.

After the ride we all got together to play a little baseball on the grass at the Marina. Everyone took a turn at bat and running around the bases. It was a fun game! Pictured here are Steven and his little brother Noah. Noah is taking a turn at pitching. Below that Brad is catcher!

On the way back to Rob and Whitney's house the sunset was so neat that we all had to stop and take a picture. The sun looked like it was sitting on the ocean. It was beautiful. Then I turned around and there was the moon. Sun going down with a full moon behind me. Wow.

After another feast of leftovers we went to Garrison Street to see all the decorations. The whole street (except for a few houses) decorate for Christmas. Some of the houses really went all out. Most of the pictures I took did not turn out but here are some of us!

And - then Brad and I went to see his nieces Megan and Kim. Kim just had her second baby, Skyla and we got to see her and Azure. Both little girls are beautiful. I got a good picture of Kim, but Megan refused to get her picture taken. All in all it was a good and busy day. Happy Thanksgiving to all! We hope you had a good one too!
